I’ve never been interested in the number of likes on my posts, comments, or retweets.
Why?
Let me start with where I am today:
- I receive an average of 5 project inquiries per month.
- Out of these, 1 or 2 are a perfect fit — the kind where I can truly add value and that come from my target audience.
When I attend these meetings, participants often tell me that they’ve been following my content for years. They know what’s going on in my life and what I focus on.
But here’s the catch:
Most of these people never like my posts, share them, or comment. I have no way of identifying them. And yet, they’re fully aware of what I’m doing and the impact I’m making.
That’s why I encourage you:
- Write without expecting instant recognition
- Record videos without worrying about the number of views.
- Create content as if the results don’t matter.
The time for big numbers and great outcomes will come naturally. In the end, it’s not what really matters (unless your plan is to live off ads, but that’s a different story).
My Approach:
- Expect big results — but only in 10 years. I don’t focus on them now.
- Daily: I invest 45 minutes in writing posts.
- Every Friday: I spend 90 minutes writing on LinkedIn (check out my posts and newsletter).
- Learning: I dedicate one hour every day to studying AI.
I’ve been following this routine for 7 years and will continue for the next 10. This is how you build undeniable value. Something unshakable, strong, and lasting.
Create as if results don’t matter. Help. Don’t expect.
